oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Within the scope of the final amendments introduced by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB") regarding the portfolio compositions of investment funds, and in response to information requests received from our investors, it has been deemed necessary to disclose the current situation to the public. Based on the assessment conducted using the current portfolio information publicly disclosed by portfolio management companies through the Public Disclosure Platform ("PDP") and the Turkish Electronic Fund Trading Platform ("TEFAS"), it has been determined that the funds undergoing liquidation do not hold any positions in our Company's shares. Our Company's commercial activities continue in the ordinary course of business and are progressing as anticipated in line with the targets previously disclosed to the public. Our Company closely monitors regulations aimed at ensuring the transparent, sound and reliable functioning of the capital markets and diligently carries out the necessary assessments and practices in accordance with the relevant legislation.
