oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As stated in our Company's initial public offering prospectus, and within the scope of investments in sustainable energy transition and renewable energy sources aimed at meeting the electricity requirements for our Company's production activities; a Turnkey Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant (SPP) Installation Contract has been signed between our company and Aldo Enerji Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. for projects with a total capacity of 42 MWp—comprising two units of 21 MWp each—to be installed on a 414,650 m² site in the Siverek district of Urfa, including the associated energy transmission line, for a contract value of 32,400,000 USD (excluding VAT). When our other Solar Power Plants currently under construction—comprising two plants in Urfa with a combined capacity of 42 MWp and one in Eskişehir with a capacity of 35.2 MWp—are also taken into account, this investment will bring the total installed solar capacity of our company, Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., to 119.2 MWp, thereby enabling approximately 45% of the electricity required for our production operations to be met from renewable energy sources. All of our solar power plants are projected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2027. | ||||||||
