oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Ref: Our Public Disclosures dated 13.04.2023, 12.05.2023 and 26.09.2025 In line with our Strategic Plan, our Company decided to purchase a total of 150 aircraft from Boeing, consisting of 100 firm and 50 option orders for B737MAX model with deliveries scheduled between 2033 and 2037. Pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution dated September 18, 2026, the disclosure of the decision to purchase 150 B737MAX (100 firm and 50 option order) has been postponed in accordance with Article 6 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1), taking into account the stage of the process, the uncertainties involved, and the potential impact on investors' decision-making. This decision aims to protect our Company's legitimate interests and prevent any negative impact on the process. Additionally, the Board of Directors concluded that this postponement does not pose a risk of misleading investors and has implemented the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information during the postponement period. This is the English translation of the original disclosure in Turkish. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
