"In line with my confidence in the current operational structure, future growth potential, and long-term sustainable value creation capacity of Türker Vangölü Enerji Yatırım A.Ş., I continue to maintain my support for our Company. Within this scope, on 29.09.2026, I personally carried out a purchase transaction of 66,500 shares of Türker Vangölü Enerji Yatırım A.Ş., with a total nominal value of TRY 66,500, at a volume-weighted average price of TRY 74.35 per share on Borsa İstanbul, corresponding to an approximate total transaction value of TRY 4,944,275. I will continue to maintain my confidence in the development of our Company, the future of its operations, and its long-term value creation potential, and to stand by our Company."
