oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | At the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company held on 01 October 2026, it was resolved to consolidate the industrial land parcel with a surface area of 21,132.00 m², located at Block 171, Parcel 8, Köseler Neighborhood, Dilovası District, Kocaeli Province, within the Kocaeli KOBI Organized Industrial Zone, on which the Company's production facilities are situated, with the adjacent industrial land parcel with a surface area of 9,931.39 m² located at Block 171, Parcel 9, in order to conduct the Company's operations in a more efficient and integrated manner, plan the existing campus area under a single parcel, ensure campus integrity, simplify real estate management, improve land use efficiency and establish a campus structure suitable for future investment needs.
