On 01.10.2026, our Company bought back 600,000 shares on the Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Equity Market at a price of TRY 116.90 per share; the total transaction amount was TRY 70,140,000, and the shares subject to the buyback represented approximately 0.22729% of the Company's share capital. Following this transaction, the ARMGD shares held by our Company have reached approximately 1.26159% of the Company's share capital. We hereby inform the public.
