oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In our Company's public disclosure dated June 22, 2026, it was announced that the Solar Power Plant investment being carried out in Pertek District of Tunceli Province was planned to be commissioned within the third quarter of 2026. As the administrative and legal procedures being carried out within the scope of the Project have not yet been completed within the originally anticipated timeframe, it has become necessary to revise the commissioning schedule of the investment. Subject to the completion of the relevant procedures and the progress of the investment, the Tunceli SPP Project is currently planned to be completed and commissioned within the last quarter of 2026. Provided that the Project is commissioned as planned, together with our previously commissioned Kütahya and Bilecik SPP projects and based on our current consumption and generation projections, it is estimated that approximately 85% of our Company's electricity consumption could be met from renewable energy sources. In addition, the Project is expected to make a significant contribution to the management of energy costs and a highly positive contribution to our Company's sustainability targets. Material developments regarding the completion and commissioning process of the Tunceli SPP Project that require public disclosure pursuant to capital markets legislation will be shared with the public.
