oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | -Unofficial Translation- Due to the ongoing legal proceedings concerning him, Ali Göl, a Member of the Board of Directors of our Company, has resigned from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors, effective as of October 5, 2026. The resignation of Ali Göl has been processed and accepted by our Board of Directors. The relevant process has been initiated to appoint a new Board Member to replace the resigning member. Further developments regarding the appointment of the new Board Member will be announced to the public in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text shall prevail. | ||||||||
