oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Within the scope of the renewable energy investments set forth in the report regarding the use of proceeds from our Company's initial public offering, and in line with our objective of meeting a portion of the energy consumption at our production facilities from renewable energy sources, the technical evaluation conducted by the General Directorate of Energy Affairs ("EİGM") regarding the Ergene Wind Power Plant ("Ergene WPP-II") project, planned to be established in the Ergene district of Tekirdağ with an installed capacity of 6.5 MW, has been concluded positively, and a favorable Technical Evaluation Report has been issued for the project as of October 5, 2026 (today). The process for obtaining the final grid connection opinion and the call letter from Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Ş. ("TEİAŞ") is currently ongoing. We hereby respectfully announce to the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
