oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As a result of the lawsuit filed by our Company against TEİAŞ, seeking the calculation of the 2020 RES Contribution Fee in accordance with the applicable legislation and the contractual provisions between TEİAŞ and our Company, and the reimbursement of the excess amount paid under reservation of rights, the Court of First Instance partially ruled in favor of our Company and ordered the collection from the defendant of TRY 5,501,232.57, out of the total receivable amount of TRY 5,501,255.70 claimed for reimbursement, together with statutory interest accruing from the date of payment. The appeal application filed by the defendant, TEİAŞ, against the decision of the Court of First Instance was dismissed by the Regional Court of Appeal in favor of our Company. As the decision of the Regional Court of Appeal is subject to further appeal before the Court of Cassation, the decision has not yet become final. Respectfully announced to the public. The English translation of this disclosure has been simultaneously made available to the public. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of the disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail | ||||||||
