oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In light of recent developments in the capital markets and the price movements observed in our Company's shares, it has been deemed appropriate to make the following disclosure in order to inform our investors: As previously disclosed to the public, the proceeds obtained from the initial public offering have not yet been allocated to investments and are currently being held in various investment funds. None of the funds managed by the seven portfolio management companies whose funds have been placed into liquidation are included among the investment funds held in our Company's portfolio. The entirety of the IPO proceeds remains preserved within the Company and will soon be used for investments in vehicle inspection stations. In light of the above, we would like to emphasize that the recent developments in the investment fund ecosystem have had no adverse impact on our Company's activities, financial position, or operations.
