Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by our Company pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution dated October 1, 2026; On October 7, 2026, a total of 24,843 BMSCH shares were repurchased at a price of TRY 8.64 per share on Borsa Istanbul by our Company. Following this transaction, as of October 7, 2026, the total number of shares repurchased to date corresponds to 0.02% of the Company's share capital. This disclosure is respectfully submitted to our investors and the public.
