oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As of 07.10.2026, the net asset value per share of our Company, according to the net asset value statement, is TRY 9.02 As of the same date, the weighted average price of the Company's shares traded on Borsa İstanbul (BİAŞ) was TRY 30.56 which exceeded twice the net asset value per share. Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 36, titled "Disclosure of Information and Public Disclosure", of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. III-48.5 on the Principles Regarding Securities Investment Trusts, which stipulates that, "in the event that the weighted average price of the partnership's shares formed on BİAŞ exceeds twice the net asset value per share, the portfolio and net asset value statement prepared on a sectoral basis shall be disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) every business day, starting from the following business day and until such condition ceases to exist," the portfolio value and total value statement prepared on a sectoral basis as of 07.10.2026 is hereby disclosed to our shareholders, investors and the public. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
