Dear Stakeholders, The share buyback transaction executed on October 9, 2026, pursuant to the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors' resolution dated September 18, 2026, is presented in the table below. On October 9, 2026, 1,378,993 shares were repurchased within the price range of TL 4.87 – TL 5.09 (average price of TL 5.008), bringing the total number of GEDIK shares held by the Company under this buyback program to 11,159,780 (representing 0.5580% of the Company's capital). Including the shares repurchased under the Company's Board of Directors' resolutions dated December 6, 2018, February 4, 2022, May 26, 2022, January 31, 2024, and January 31, 2025, the total number of GEDIK shares held by the Company has reached 85,541,718.386 (representing 4.2771% of the Company's capital). It is respectfully announced to the public.
