oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In accordance with the Board of Directors decision dated October 9, 2026 and numbered 2026/28; it has been resolved to accept the resignation of Jerome Freddy Pierre Boulet from Membership of the Board of Directors, and pursuant to Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, the appointment of Elżbieta Oussar as a Member of the Board of Directors in his place, subject to the approval of the first General Assembly to be held and to accept the resignation of Arianna Antonella from Membership of the Board of Directors, and pursuant to Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, the appointment of Khadija Abdullah Quick as a Member of the Board of Directors in her place, subject to the approval of the first General Assembly to be held. (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.) | ||||||||
