Within the scope of our Company's logistics operations along the Middle Corridor and the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) Railway Line, a new business agreement has been reached regarding grain transportation from Kazakhstan to Türkiye.
In this context, pursuant to the agreement concluded with Türkasya Demiryolu Lojistik ve Ticaret A.Ş., a company engaged in grain trade between Kazakhstan and Türkiye, it is planned to transport wheat and bran products by grain wagons to various railway stations in Türkiye.
Under the agreement, our Company has received an initial transportation order for 16,380 tons. The first trial shipment is scheduled to take place in October, with Mersin/Yenice as the destination.
Following the initial transportation phase, a target of approximately 30,000 tons of grain transportation per month is envisaged. This volume represents a target based on current planning, and the actual quantities to be transported in subsequent periods will depend on operational conditions and the business processes between the parties.
This development is expected to contribute to the expansion of our Company's international railway logistics operations along the Middle Corridor and the BTK Railway Line.
We respectfully announce this to our investors and the public.
