There is no undisclosed material event/circumstance that would affect the unusual price and volume movements occurring in our company's shares. In accordance with the provision of the second paragraph of Article 36 titled "Information and public disclosure" of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles Regarding Securities Investment Trusts (III-48.5), which states: "In the event that the weighted average price of the partnership shares formed on BİAŞ exceeds 2 times the net asset value per share, it is mandatory to publish the sectoral portfolio and net asset value table on KAP (Public Disclosure Platform) every business day starting from the following business day until this situation is resolved", the sectoral portfolio and total value table dated October 12, 2026, is presented to the information of our shareholders, investors, and the public.espectfully yours.
