It has been determined that the data and ratios included in the aforementioned posts: 1. Do not clearly specify the base periods used for their calculation, 2. Do not align with our company's official, independently audited financial statements disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), 3. Lead to misleading interpretations for investors by relying on incomplete comparisons or methodologies lacking clarity, while disregarding market conditions and cyclical economic factors. When evaluating the news and rumors in question, the following should be considered: Inflation adjustment standards create significant accounting impacts on our company's financial statements due to monetary position updates. The reporting variances resulting from these adjustments can yield outcomes independent of operational cash flow and core operating performance, thereby rendering superficial comparisons with past periods misleading. In accordance with the principle of transparency and within the framework of Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations and Borsa Istanbul legislation, our company periodically discloses all its financial results, debt structure, and activity reports to the public.
