oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Construction agreements have been executed between our Company and Bilişim Vadisi Teknopark Yönetici A.Ş. for the roof repair and waterproofing works for Phases 1 and 2, and the pyramidal roof and skylight renovation works for Phases 1 and 2, at the Bilişim Vadisi Terminal Istanbul Campus, located in the Bakırköy district of Istanbul. Each agreement is based on fixed unit prices and has a contract value of TRY 170 million plus VAT, resulting in an aggregate contract value of TRY 340 million plus VAT. The roof repair and waterproofing works for Phases 1 and 2, together with the pyramidal roof and skylight renovation works for Phases 1 and 2, undertaken by our Company, constitute prerequisites for the interior design works included in the subsequent work plan for the Terminal Istanbul Campus. In addition to the building roof works covered by the agreements already executed by our Company, discussions are also planned for the subsequent interior design works. Following the designation of the Atatürk Airport terminal buildings as a technopark, the Bilişim Vadisi Terminal Istanbul Campus was transformed into a technology entrepreneurship campus, with a technopark area of 238,950 square meters. Having previously undertaken the construction and operation of various terminals at Atatürk Airport as part of TAV, our Company has now undertaken to contribute to the transformation of the terminal buildings into a technology entrepreneurship campus through the agreements executed for the roof repair and waterproofing works for Phases 1 and 2 and the pyramidal roof and skylight renovation works for Phases 1 and 2.
