Şirketimiz ve/veya Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'na yapılan bildirimler uyarınca, Şirketimizin Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Sn. Hayri ÇULHACI, CEO'su Sn. Kıvanç ZAİMLER ve CFO'su Mustafa AYDIN'ın SAHOL paylarına ilişkin bugün gerçekleştirmiş olduğu işlemlerin detayları aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Sn. Hayri ÇULHACI tarafından, pay başına 85,25 TL - 85,85 TL fiyat aralığından toplam 175.650 TL nominal değerli paylar için toplamda 15.005.970 TL alım işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

CEO Sn. Kıvanç ZAİMLER tarafından, pay başına 85,25 TL - 85,95 TL fiyat aralığından toplam 175.650 TL nominal değerli paylar için toplamda 15.000.040 TL alım işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Şirket CFO'su Sn. Mustafa AYDIN tarafından, pay başına 85,30 TL – 85,80 TL fiyat aralığından toplam 115.000 TL nominal değerli paylar için toplam 9.826.750 TL alım gerçekleştirilmiştir.

In accordance with the notifications made to the Company and/or the Public Disclosure Platform, the details of the transactions carried out today in SAHOL shares by our Company's Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hayri ÇULHACI, CEO, Mr. Kıvanç ZAİMLER, and CFO, Mr. Mustafa AYDIN, are provided below.

The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hayri ÇULHACI, purchased shares with a total nominal value of TL 175,650 at prices ranging from TL 85.25 to TL 85.85 per share, for a total consideration of TL 15,005,970.

The CEO, Mr. Kıvanç ZAİMLER, purchased shares with a total nominal value of TL 175,650 at prices ranging from TL 85.25 to TL 85.95 per share, for a total consideration of TL 15,000,040.

The Company's CFO, Mr. Mustafa AYDIN, purchased shares with a total nominal value of TL 115,000 at prices ranging from TL 85.30 to TL 85.80 per share, for a total consideration of TL 9,826,750.
