As previously disclosed, neither our Company nor its shareholders have any investments in the investment funds subject to liquidation pursuant to the decisions of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, nor do they have any receivables or liabilities arising from the liquidation process of these funds. Our Company continues to conduct its operations in line with its sustainable growth objectives and remains committed to providing investors with accurate, simultaneous and transparent information. Developments that may affect our Company's operations, financial position or investors' investment decisions and that require public disclosure will continue to be disclosed through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) in accordance with capital markets legislation.
