On 22.10.2026, our Company bought back 6,000 shares on the Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Equity Market at prices ranging from TRY 108.30 to TRY 108.50 per share; the total transaction amount was TRY 650,400 and the shares subject to the buyback represented approximately 0.00227% of the Company's share capital. Following this transaction, the ARMGD shares held by our Company have reached approximately 3.41431% of the Company's share capital.
