oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Our company, Tripy Mobility Teknoloji A.Ş., has been accepted as a member of PAVE Europe, which supports international cooperation aimed at the development, deployment, and safe use of autonomous vehicle technologies. PAVE Europe, one of Europe's significant industry collaboration networks in the field of autonomous mobility, brings together international organizations operating in autonomous driving technologies, automotive, logistics, and mobility ecosystems, such as Waymo, Pony.ai, Baidu Apollo Go, EasyMile, Einride, Mobileye, HOLON, MOIA, Uber, Bolt, TÜV Rheinland, and UITP. This membership is of strategic importance in terms of expanding our Company's international knowledge and collaboration network in the field of autonomous mobility, closely following technological developments on a global scale, and enhancing our capabilities for the commercialization of next-generation mobility solutions. In this context, the knowledge and expertise to be gained are expected to contribute to technology and business model evaluation processes, the analysis of international best practices, and the development of operational readiness and market entry strategies for our Company's robotaxi and autonomous robovan projects. Developing its activities in micromobility, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and autonomous mobility through an integrated approach, our Company aims to strengthen its position within the international ecosystem, develop global partnerships, and contribute to the deployment of autonomous mobility technologies in Türkiye through this membership. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes.
