On 23.10.2026, our Company bought back 15,000 shares on the Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Equity Market at prices ranging from TRY 46.12 to TRY 46.18 per share; the total transaction amount was TRY 692,160 and the shares subject to the buyback represented approximately 0.00370% of the Company's share capital. Following this transaction, the BETAE shares held by our Company have reached approximately 0.01605% of the Company's share capital. We hereby inform the public.
