As a result of Mr. Erman ÇETE's resignation, his memberships in the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee have also terminated. The process regarding the vacant independent board membership will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation. Respectfully announced to the public. The English translation of this disclosure has been simultaneously made public.
