oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Following media reports concerning Bulletin No. 2026/77 dated 27 October 2026, issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, it has been deemed necessary to make the following disclosure. According to the aforementioned Bulletin, the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye decided to file criminal complaints against certain individuals in connection with transactions conducted in the market for our Company's shares and to impose trading bans on the relevant individuals and entities. The aforementioned Bulletin does not contain any decision to file criminal complaints against or impose sanctions on our Company as a legal entity, any members of its Board of Directors, executives, or employees. We respectfully submit this information to the public and our investors.
In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
