oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | It was previously presented to the information of our esteemed shareholders via the Public Disclosure Platform announcement dated October 26, 2026, that Mr. Ali Hepşen, who has been serving as an independent board member on our company's board of directors, resigned from his position and stepped down from his duty. To serve until the end of Mr. Ali Hepşen's remaining term of office and to be submitted for the approval of our esteemed shareholders at the first general assembly meeting, it has been resolved to submit the independent board membership of Mr. Halil Kürşat Alanyalıoğlu for the review of the Capital Markets Board, in accordance with corporate governance principle No. 4.3.8 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, and the official application has been filed. The independence declaration and curriculum vitae (CV) of Mr. Halil Kürşat Alanyalıoğlu are presented herewith attached for the attention of our esteemed shareholders.
