Additional Explanations

In the announcement dated October 1, 2026, it was stated that a new share buyback program had been initiated, with the maximum number of shares to be repurchased under the program set at 1,000,000 shares (TRY 1,000,000 nominal value), and the fund allocated for the buyback to be sourced from the Company's internal resources and capped at TRY 100,000,000.

As a result of the share buyback transactions carried out between October 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026, a total of 1,000,000 shares were repurchased at an average price of TRY 81.68 per share, and our share buyback program has been completed.

The total number of shares repurchased to date represents 1.33% of the Company's share capital.

Our Company may consider launching a new share buyback program in the future, subject to market conditions and requirements, following evaluations to be made by our Board of Directors.
