Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Milli Savunma Bakanlığı (MSB) Askeri Fabrikalar Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından gerçekleştirilen denetim ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda Şirketimiz, Askeri Fabrikalar Genel Müdürlüğü'nün onaylı tedarikçisi olmaya hak kazanmıştır.

Söz konusu onay kapsamında Şirketimiz, Milli Savunma Bakanlığı tarafından yayımlanan ilgili ihale, üretim ve tedarik süreçlerini takip etme ve bu kapsamda teklif sunma yetkisi elde etmiştir. Şirketimizin ilgili ihalelerde başarılı olması halinde, üstlenilecek işlerin niteliğine bağlı olarak MSB projelerinde alt yüklenici sıfatıyla görev alması mümkün olabilecektir.

Bu gelişmenin, Şirketimizin savunma sanayi alanındaki iş geliştirme faaliyetlerinin genişletilmesi, kamu kurumlarıyla iş ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesi ve müşteri portföyünün çeşitlendirilmesi açısından önemli bir adım olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.

As a result of the inspections and evaluations conducted by the Directorate General of Military Factories of the Republic of Türkiye's Ministry of National Defence (MoND), our Company has qualified to become an approved supplier of the Directorate General of Military Factories.

Within the scope of this approval, our Company has been granted the authority to follow relevant tender, production and procurement processes announced by the Ministry of National Defence and to submit bids accordingly. Should our Company be successful in the relevant tenders, it may undertake roles as a subcontractor in MoND projects, depending on the nature of the work to be awarded.

This development is considered an important step towards expanding our Company's business development activities in the defence industry, strengthening business relations with public institutions, and diversifying our customer portfolio.

The English translation of this disclosure has been simultaneously announced to the public, and in case of any discrepancy between the disclosure texts, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
