oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 35, titled "Selection of Real Estate Appraisal Companies," of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Companies (III-48.1), the appraisal companies to provide valuation services for the properties in our Company's real estate portfolio in 2026 were designated by our Board of Directors and disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) on January 28, 2026. However, as it is no longer possible to obtain valuation services from Talya Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., one of the companies designated within this scope, it has become necessary to replace the said appraisal company for the properties previously assigned to it. Accordingly, pursuant to the resolution of our Board of Directors, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for approval of the replacement of the appraisal company and the appointment of the following companies to provide valuation services:
The CMB's approval of our application, pursuant to its resolution dated October 27, 2026, and numbered 76/1916, was communicated to our Company through the Board's letter dated November 2, 2026, and numbered E-65171090-340.15-100588. Respectfully announced to the public. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
