oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | It has been decided to close the Hadımköy Ömerli Branch—located at İhsangazi Sokak N 2/1, Ömerli Mahallesi, Arnavutköy, Istanbul—as the majority of the ready-mixed concrete requirements for the associated project have been met; the remaining concrete supply for the ongoing project will be provided by our other branches. It has been decided to close the Kayaşehir Branch—located at the entrance to the European Mining Site, Kayaşehir Zone 17, Başakşehir, Istanbul—as the majority of the ready-mixed concrete requirements for the associated project have been met; the remaining concrete supply for the ongoing project will be provided by our other branches. It has been decided to close the Güneşli Branch—located at Beton Santrali Sitesi, Deve Kaldırımı Caddesi N 19/13, Güneşli Mahallesi, Bağcılar, Istanbul—as the majority of the ready-mixed concrete requirements for the associated project have been met; the remaining concrete supply for the ongoing project will be provided by our other branches. It has been decided to open the "Mesa Yenikent Başakşehir Mesa Branch" to supply ready-mixed concrete for the "Mesa Yenikent Project" (as previously disclosed to the public on June 19, 2026) via a mobile batching plant to be established on-site. It has been decided to open the "Bayrampaşa Gelişim Branch"—located at Topçular Mahallesi, 1. Maltepe Çıkmazı N 11, Unit 1, Eyüpsultan, Istanbul—to serve the "Eyüpsultan-Bayrampaşa Tram Line Construction and Electromechanical Works" project, contracted by Gelişim Yapı San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
