oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Following the questions received from our investors, it has become necessary to make the following disclosure. Due to its business model and field of operations, our Company maintains a strong cash position and strives to manage its cash assets in the most efficient manner. In this regard, the majority of our Company's cash holdings are managed through Ziraat Portföy Türk Altın Serbest (TL) Özel Fonu (ZCE), which was managed by Ziraat Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.and our company is sole investor. The fund's portfolio consists of financial instruments with low financial risk. Furthermore, the income earned from the aforementioned fund is exempt from taxation, thereby providing our Company with an additional tax advantage. The remaining portion of our Company's cash holdings is invested in banks' deposit and participation accounts, as well as in certain other low-risk debt instruments. In this context, our Company has no investments in any funds within the scope of Capital Markets Board of Türkiye's (CMB) liquidation list and does not have any relation with the subjected institutions. Our Company will continue to manage its cash assets in the most efficient manner and evaluate its investments in line with the principles of low risk and reasonable returns. The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
