Notification Regarding the Repurchase of Shares Within the scope of the Share Buyback Program publicly disclosed by our Company on 19 October 2026, a total of 90.000 shares with a nominal value of TL 90.000 were repurchased on 02 November 2026 at prices ranging from TL 4.76 to TL 4,83 per share (weighted average price: TL 4.806). The total transaction amount was TL 432.541,94. The total nominal value of the shares repurchased is 458,934, and the ratio of the repurchased shares to the Company's share capital is 0,18974%.
