Due to recent financial and operational difficulties, delays have occurred in loan repayments. In this context, a total of 284,946,000 TL in loan debt with four different banks has been transferred to legal collection status. Our negotiations with the relevant banks continue in order to restructure these financial obligations on a long-term basis. Negotiations regarding the restructuring process have not yet been concluded, and developments are being closely monitored by our company. Company management continues to take the necessary financial and operational measures to ensure the sustainability of operations, strengthen the financial structure, protect the rights of employees, fulfill obligations, and safeguard the interests of shareholders. Important developments regarding this matter will be shared with the public and our investors within the framework of relevant legislation. Respectfully announced to the public and our investors.
