oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | The reviewed consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of our main shareholder Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş (Bank) for the period 01.01.2026-30.09.2026 have been disclosed through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP, www.kap.org.tr) and Bank's website (www.isbank.com.tr) on 05.11.2026. The financial statements of the Bank, which also include the main financial figures of İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (Company), are prepared in accordance with the accounting and financial reporting regulation of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency that do not cover the provisions of TAS 29 "Turkish Accounting Standards Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies". Therefore, the financial figures in the Bank's financial statements regarding the Company are expected to differ from the financial statements of the Company for the period ending 30.09.2026 which will be disclosed in accordance with the financial reporting regulation of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and TAS 29 provisions. Regarding the Company's figures submitted to the Bank for the period ending 30.09.2026, which were unaudited and not prepared in accordance with the inflation accounting; the Total Assets is TL 171.708.199 thousand, Shareholders' Equity is TL 44.948.126 thousand, Total Fixed Assets is TL 11.609.456 thousand, Interest Income is TL 16.764.846 thousand, Securities Income is TL 6.627.321 thousand, net profit/loss of the current period is TL 11.902.835 thousand while net profit/loss of 30.09.2025 period is TL 11.637.573 thousand. The Company's consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the financial reporting regulation of the CMB for the period ending 30.09.2026 will be disclosed to public through KAP (www.kap.org.tr) and Company's website (www.isyatirim.com.tr) within the legal deadline. This disclosure has been made within scope of the CMB decision dated and numbered 23.01.2025/4-156 and 25.01.2024-6/137. It is declared that the responsibility arising from the shared information is accepted.
