oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As previously announced to the public, it has been announced that the next hearing of Ankara 24th High Criminal Court's file no. 2020/20 E. will be held on 05.11.2026. At the hearing held today the court decided that the arrest warrants and the detention in absentia orders issued in respect of the defendants shall remain in force, and that the enforcement of such orders shall be awaited. The case in question is a criminal case in which former shareholders of our Company and certain other persons are being tried, however, at this stage, no decision on the merits of the case can be rendered because the defendants are fugitives. Furthermore, as previously announced to the public, the Company's current shareholding structure has been definitively determined within the framework of court decisions. In light of the foregoing, our Company will continue to closely follow the case, and the public shall be separately informed of any developments that may affect the Company's operations, financial position, or legal status going forward.
