oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As previously disclosed to the public, legal proceedings have been ongoing before the courts of England and Wales for the winding up of Koza Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom in which our Company holds shares. As part of these proceedings, the High Court of England and Wales made an order for the winding up of Koza Ltd, which was announced to the public in our disclosure dated 23 October 2026. In our previous public disclosure, we informed the public that Hamdi Akin Ipek remained entitled to make a further application to the Court of Appeal of England and Wales for permission to appeal the winding-up order. As part of the previously disclosed appeal process, Hamdi Akin Ipek has filed an application with the Court of Appeal of England and Wales for permission to appeal against the winding-up order. In connection with this application, Mr Ipek has also requested that his application for permission to appeal and, if permission is granted, the appeal itself be considered on an expedited basis, and that the enforcement of the winding-up order be partially stayed pending the determination of the appeal proceedings. The filing of an application for permission to appeal does not, in itself, set aside the existing winding-up order or suspend its enforcement. No final decision has yet been made on the application for permission to appeal or the related requests. Any material developments in these proceedings will be disclosed to the public in accordance with the applicable regulations. We hereby inform our investors accordingly.
