oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | The "Micro-Mobility Impact Simulator" project, numbered 3240637 and carried out by our subsidiary TRİPY Mobilite Teknoloji A.Ş. under the TÜBİTAK 1501 - Industrial R&D Projects Grant Program, has been successfully completed. Within the scope of the project, the planned R&D activities have been completed, the project deliverables have been successfully submitted, and the final period report has been submitted to TÜBİTAK. Furthermore, the evaluation process of the project's 2026-1 Period Financial Report has been completed, and the corresponding grant amount has been approved by TÜBİTAK. The global micromobility market is estimated to have reached a value of USD 46.3 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 126.5 billion by 2033. The completed project is expected to contribute to our Company's R&D and technology development capabilities and support the development of innovative solutions in the micromobility sector. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
