As previously disclosed to our investors in our material event disclosure dated 12 October 2026, an agreement had been reached for the transportation of grain from Kazakhstan to Türkiye, as part of the Company's ongoing efforts to develop its international logistics operations and increase transportation volumes within the scope of the Middle Corridor and the Baku–Tbilisi–Kars (BTK) Railway Line.
In addition to the aforementioned cooperation, our Company has reached an agreement with one of Azerbaijan's leading companies, which has extensive experience in the pulses trading and logistics sector, to initially transport 5,000 tonnes of pulses (chickpeas). Operational processes relating to the transportation have commenced.
This agreement is significant in terms of expanding the scope of the Company's logistics operations, which have primarily been conducted through container transportation to date, to include conventional rail freight transportation using specialized wagons designed for the transportation of grain and pulses.
These developments are expected to contribute to the advancement of conventional freight transportation along the BTK Railway Line and the Middle Corridor, the expansion of the Company's operational scope in international railway logistics, and an increase in transportation volumes.
We hereby submit this information to the public and our investors.
