oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In accordance with the Board of Directors' resolution of our company, Alkim Alkali Kimya Anonim Şirketi, dated November 6, 2026, and based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, we hereby declare that we have reviewed the financial statements for the period of January 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026—prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Series II, No. 14.1 on "Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" and the Board's Principle Decision dated December 28, 2023, regarding the application of inflation accounting—as well as the Board of Directors' activity report (which have not been subject to independent audit). We further declare that: - the financial statements and the activity report do not contain any untrue statements regarding material matters, nor do they contain any omissions that could render the information misleading as of the date it was provided; - the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards, provide a true and fair view of the company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss; and the activity report provides a true and fair view of the development and performance of the business, the company's financial position, and the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
