oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON THE APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ACTIVITY REPORTS DATE OF RESOLUTION: 06/11/2026 RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT PREPARED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD'S COMMUNIQUÉ ON PRINCIPLES OF FINANCIAL REPORTING IN CAPITAL MARKETS (SERIES II, NO. 14.1) With respect to the consolidated statement of financial position, statement of income, statement of cash flows and statement of changes in equity, together with the notes thereto, and the board of directors' annual activity report of our Company for the accounting period of 1 January 2026 – 30 September 2026, prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and in compliance with the formats determined by the Capital Markets Board, pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (Series II, No. 14.1), and in line with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board, we hereby declare that: a) We have reviewed them; b) Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company and to the best of our knowledge, the financial statements, the notes thereto and the board of directors' activity report do not contain any untrue statement on material matters, nor any omission that could render the statements misleading as of the date on which they are made; c) Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company and to the best of our knowledge, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué present fairly the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss, and the activity report fairly presents the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
