In line with the CMB regulations, regarding the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period 1 January 2026 – 30 September 2026, prepared in accordance with the Communiqué No. II-14.1 on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets ("Communiqué") issued by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") and in compliance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TAS/TFRS") and the formats determined by the CMB, and the Interim Activity Report, which have been approved by our Company's Board of Directors with its resolution dated 06.11.2026 and numbered 2026/21 and by the Audit Committee, we hereby declare that:
1- They have been reviewed by us,
2- Based on the information that we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in our Company, the condensed consolidated financial statements do not contain any inaccuracy in all material respects and are free of omissions that may be regarded as misleading as of the issue date,
3- Based on the information that we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in our Company, the interim condensed consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué present fairly the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company together with the companies included in the scope of consolidation, and the Interim Activity Report presents fairly the progress and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company together with the companies included in the scope of consolidation, along with the material risks and uncertainties faced; and we hereby submit this for your information and declare that we are responsible for this statement.
