oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | As part of its sustainable growth objectives and its efforts to ensure compliance with environmental sustainability requirements, which are becoming increasingly significant in international trade, our Company, Selva, has been admitted to the "Responsible Program – Green Deal Compliance Project Support", implemented by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. The Program, implemented pursuant to Decision No. 5973 on Export Supports, is designed to support companies in planning their green transformation processes, identifying their sustainability-related priorities and adapting to evolving regulatory and market requirements in international trade. Within the scope of the five-year program, our Company is expected to benefit from government support, subject to the applicable legislation and the fulfillment of the relevant eligibility criteria and support conditions. The Program is expected to contribute to strengthening our Company's sustainability-oriented development and to ensuring that its green transformation initiatives are carried out within a structured corporate framework.
