oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | The consolidated financial statements of our Company, DOF Robotik Sanayi A.Ş., for the period from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, comprising the consolidated statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity and the accompanying notes, together with the interim activity report for the nine-month period, have been prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards and the formats prescribed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB"), pursuant to the Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1) (the "Financial Reporting Communiqué"), and approved by our Company's Board of Directors through Resolution No. 2026/19 dated November 7, 2026.In accordance with the relevant CMB regulations, we hereby declare that we have reviewed the aforementioned financial statements and interim activity report; that, based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, these documents do not contain any material misstatement or any omission that could render the disclosures misleading as of the date on which they were made; that, based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Communiqué present a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of the Company, together with the entities included in the scope of consolidation; and that the interim activity report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company and the entities included in the scope of consolidation, together with the significant risks and uncertainties they face.
