(SAHA) tarafından yapılan "Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Dönemsel Revizyon Raporu" tamamlanmıştır. 03.10.2017 tarihi itibariyle Şirketimizin Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notu 9,47 (% 94,67) olarak güncellenmiştir. Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notumuzun alt başlıklar itibariyle dağılımı aşağıda verilmektedir. Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirmesine ilişkin SAHA'nın hazırlamış olduğu rapor ekte bilgilerinize sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca bu rapor Şirketimizin www.tupras.com.tr internet sitesinde yayınlanacaktır.
İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir | SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services, Inc. (SAHA), which is authorised to carry out ratings in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles by Capital Markets Board (CMB), revised the Corporate Governance Rating of our Company up to 9.47 (94.67%) as of the date 03 October 2017. The breakdown of the corporate governance rating of our Company by sub-categories is stated in the table below. The report issued by SAHA on the corporate governance rating is attached for additional information. Besides, this report will be released on our Company's website www.tupras.com.tr. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
