Ş. adına kayıtlı taşınmaz üzerinde, adı geçen firma tarafından geliştirilen, tüm izin ve ruhsatları alınarak inşasına başlanan ve tamamlanma oranı %82 olan projeye SPK'nın III-48.1 sayılı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Tebliği'nin "Yatırım Faaliyetleri ve Yatırım Faaliyetlerine İlişkin Sınırlamalar" başlıklı 22. Maddesinin ç bendi uyarınca, mülkiyet edinme gayesi olmaksızın yatırım yapılması amacıyla, 3 yıl süreli hasılat paylaşımlı ortak girişim sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır. | There has been an agreement of "joint venture with revenue share for a period of 3 years" signed for the purpose of investing without the intention of property acquisition to the project located on Gaziantep Province, Şehitkamil District, Güvenevler County, 5155 Block, 2 Parcel in accordance with the CMB's Communique of Real Estate Investment Trusts numbered III-48.1 Article 22, with the title "Investment Activities and Restrictions with respect to Investment Activities" paragraph ç. The aforementioned property is registered to the deed under the name of "Şireci - Acarsan İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş." and all the necessary licences and permits have been obtained and the construction has already begun for the project, which has a completion ratio of 82%. In case of any discrepancies between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail in accordance with the Capital Markets Board of Turkey's regulations. | |||||||
