Within the framework of a protocol that is called "Cooperation on Urban Transformation Applications" which was signed between Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services General Directorate and our Company, the agreement of İstanbul Güngören Tozkoparan 2nd Stage Urban Transformation Project Construction Works which was tendered by our Company on behalf of the Ministry has signed with the contractor Egemen İnş. ve Tic. A.Ş. & İmaj Altyapı Üst Yapı San ve Tic. A.Ş. İş Ortaklığı on 31.08.2021.
Agreement Value: TRY 169,490,000 + VAT
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
