Şirketimizin 27.03.2025 tarihinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında,
Yönetim Kurulu üyelerinin görev sürelerinin sona erdiği anlaşıldığından, Yönetim Kurulu üye sayısının 5 (beş) olmasına, Yönetim Kurulu üyelerinin görev süresinin 3 (üç) yıl olarak tespitine, Yönetim Kurulu üyeliklerine 6200988652 Vergi Kimlik numaralı Vincent Metz'in, 35002697552 T.C. Kimlik numaralı Ayşe Aşardağ'ın, 10376395464 T.C. Kimlik numaralı Gökhan Mendi'nin, 27622995002 T.C. Kimlik numaralı Tolga Gürdem'in ve genel müdür olarak Yönetim Kurulu'nun doğal üyesi olması sebebiyle 37210622968 T.C. Kimlik numaralı Rıza Ateş Şakrak'ın seçilmelerine oy birliği ile karar verilmiş olup, söz konusu karar 18.04.2024 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 24.04.2024 tarihli ve 11318 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.
