Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was incorporated and commenced its operations in 1987 for the purpose of manufacturing, exporting and engaging in the domestic trade of knitted, woven, knitwear, textile and ready-made garment products. The Company carries out its manufacturing activities at its facility located in the Torbalı Organized Industrial Zone, İzmir. The Company currently designs, manufactures and sells women's apparel collections for brands operating in the global ready-to-wear retail sector.
As stated in Article 3 of the Articles of Association, the scope of activities of Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is to manufacture, export and engage in the domestic trade of knitted, woven, knitwear, textile and ready-made garment products; to provide consultancy, supervision and contracting services in relation to the establishment and commissioning of industrial facilities and factories required for the manufacture of such products; to manufacture, purchase, sell, import, export and market textiles, fabrics, ready-made garments, gift items, leather apparel and ready-made clothing products; and to open branches and stores and grant agencies both domestically and abroad.
