Şirketin ana faaliyet konusu, SPK nın ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri çerçevesinde girişim sermayesi yatırım fonlarının kurulması ve yönetimidir.
Şirket, sermaye piyasası mevzuatında yer alan şartları sağlamak ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (Kurul)'ndan gerekli izin ve/veya yetki belgelerini almak kaydıyla, kolektif portföy yöneticiliği ve kurucusu veya yöneticisi olduğu yatırım fonlarının katılma paylarının pazarlanması ve dağıtılması faaliyetinde bulunabilir.
Şirket faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesinde Kurul düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde dışarıdan hizmet alınabilir. Şirketin faaliyetlerine ilişkin sınırlamalarda Kurul düzenlemelerine ve ilgili mevzuata uyulur.
